Employees Observe Silent Disc Hovering Above Fisher Plant in 1953

In March 1953 employees at the Fisher Body Plant in Michigan reported a striking UFO encounter.

Several workers on the night shift observed a bright disc shaped object hovering silently above the plant roof.

The craft emitted a steady glow and remained stationary for several minutes before accelerating away at high speed without any audible sound.

Reports from the witnesses described the object as metallic in appearance with no visible propulsion system or wings.

The incident was documented in local accounts and shared with investigators though no official government explanation was ever issued.

This sighting stands as one of the early post war UFO cases involving multiple civilian observers at an industrial site.

The consistent descriptions across witnesses added credibility to the event highlighting the widespread nature of such phenomena during that era.
