Silver Disc Hovers Silently Over Bellingham Washington 1953

In the summer of 1953 residents of Bellingham Washington reported a striking UFO encounter.

Multiple eyewitnesses described seeing a metallic disc shaped object hovering silently above the area.

The craft had no visible wings or propulsion system yet remained stationary for several minutes.

Observers noted its smooth silver surface reflecting sunlight as it hovered without any sound.

Suddenly the object accelerated at tremendous speed and vanished into the sky.

Reports were logged locally and contributed to the growing number of disc sightings across the United States during the early 1950s.

No official explanation was ever provided by authorities and the incident remains one of the well documented civilian UFO cases from that era.
