Triangular Craft Glides Silently Over Prague in 1990

In the summer of 1990 residents of Prague in what was then Czechoslovakia reported a striking UFO encounter.

Multiple independent witnesses including several police officers described a large triangular craft that appeared low in the sky above the city.

The object was estimated to be at least 100 meters across with bright lights at each corner.

It hovered motionless for several minutes without producing any audible sound or visible exhaust.

Suddenly the craft accelerated at tremendous speed and disappeared into the night.

Official reports were filed by local authorities though no conventional explanation was ever confirmed.

The incident remains one of the better documented European sightings from the early post Cold War period with consistent descriptions across dozens of observers.
